I was on the phone with a gentleman from Tech Support for the 920i and his name was Mark; i had been having issues with getting programs loaded to the new mainboard i installed and he walked me through each piece of the puzzle that i was working with! He had no complaints about anything that i asked and had every answer to every question i asked! Props to you Mr. Mark! Thank you for the Tech support, probably the best i have had from anyone!!

I have been using Rice Lake for years. When I was with United Scale, and now with Millipore Sigma. Hands down better quality on everything they do. If a scale needs 6 screws, they give 7. When you go to training, they give you the rock-star treatment. If people have a common complaint about a product, they go back to the drawing board and work out the problem. I see a lot of one star reviews that all seem to be either phony, or a little bratty. Like "I was told not to park here, 1 star." This company deserves a much much higher rating.

Even when the tech didn’t have an answer, they would make sure they could find the answer. if i could give zero star, i would give them zero,
i sent 4 emails, and talked three times with agencies, just for a quote.
no response from email, agencies always said quote would provide to me, but no thing,
I have been waiting for 1 month.

Rude customer service. Tried to get basic specs on an existing truck scale to build a new foundation. Wouldn't talk to me because I wasn't a dealer. Why have a customer service then?
