We used the upper space in the kids area. The librarian was helpful and nice, but made me more nervous by constantly watching us
They have a lot of different play spaces for the children and lots of kids books. Our kids love to go here for story time and to play. We always have a good time and something is always going on for the kids 😁

I really need to update this! The Rice Lake Library has temporary moved to 19 Newton Street. They are in the previous Heritage Manor building. I think it's 19 but I'm not sure on the number but there are signs saying Library. Please go check it out it's pretty cool the way they set it up in there while the old building is having remodeling done.

I totally love and enjoy using the Rice Lake Public Library! It has so many wonderful Free Resources it just amazes me! I tell everyone I talk to that they should take advantage of our Beautiful Local Library!

Our friendly cozy library has always been a good spot to relax, find a good book, they have rooms where u can study. They expanded so its super roomy n they have activities. Staff are always friendly..

Usually good service for 12 years but recently there has been talk from staff that they will not check in all material until it's past due they doing it to me the way it sounds. The last three things they mentioned of not singing them in and waiting till past due that I brought back to charge me a late fee when my stuff is never late and has never been late. The way it sounds there helping people that harass and steal, dangerous people in general with harassment at least that's what I get out of it.

We absolutely loved Miss.clairs story time . My son loves the library we come often just to play. The staff is so friendly . I truly believe this is one of my sons favorite places to vist he has a blast playing trians and blocks! I hope they soon will return with story time for the littles as we greatly enjoyed it !

Outstanding library! I began taking our kids there in the late 80s.l, I'm still going, and now the grandkids go. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and there are excellent children's programs. If I cannot find a desired book there, I can order through their system, which includes the libraries in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, and Hudson Wisconsin.
