What a GREAT experience and service from the moment I walked in the door until when I walked out with my brand new computer that was built exactly to my needs and expectations. Marlend took time with me when I picked up my new computer to go over all the programs, which really was wonderful. He also went above and beyond to provide me with some specific programs I had asked about. So excited to work with Microsoft Publishing and other's on my new computer> All this with peace of mind that I have F1 Systems to help me with any of my computer needs and maintenance moving forward. Marlend did a fantastic job! Repaired my laptop screen in a timely fashion and for a great price. Incredibly nice guy who really knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does. I would recommend F1 Systems to anyone looking for to get their computer repaired for an affordable price.

We went with F1 Systems and had Marlend build us a great computer with all the bells and whistles at a great price! Marlend took the time to go over each component with us to assure the quality and compatibility for each piece. He also offered suggestions and information for additions that we hadn’t thought of. He and his wife are very knowledgeable and very helpful any time we had questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to go with F1 again! We’ve recommended our family and friends to go to F1 Systems with their computer needs. They have all been extremely pleased with the service they received. I have an older Dell laptop that the keyboard stopped working and keys were malfunctioning. I took it in and was immediately greeted with knowledge and options. Although it's old. I chose to have it repaired. The cost was super reasonable, especially for the process that was required to fix it. He ordered a new keyboard for me and I had it back and fully functioning in 2 weeks. You won't be disappointed in the assistance you get and despite being very busy, they stayed in touch with updates. Highly recommended F1 systems

I can’t say enough about my first time experience with F1! I took my MacBook in with storage issues and they fixed my problem along with updated my laptop with the newest software very efficiently in a few days. The part that I love most about F1 is that it is a small and extremely trustworthy business. The staff is super friendly and they bring lots of knowledge & over 30 years experience. The wonderful customer service however is what stood out in my book. Marlend, the owner continuously kept me in the loop via text and phone calls as to what was going on with my laptop and when it came time to pay for my fixed laptop Marlend sat down and explained everything to me.....plus he went above and beyond and added a new photo viewer so I could view my trail camera photos for hunting purposes a lot easier. You don’t get customer service like this at a silly Best Buy. F1, you got a new customer for life! To all people with PC issues I highly recommend checking this place out!

Great help from Linda (owner's wife) this morning. I had an issue that turned out to be malware (or the start of a virus on my computer) she was SO super helpful! She walked me right through it. It is perfect that they are local so you can trust them! I had my computer fixed there a few months ago, worked great since then and I love that I can call and just get a little help when I need it...without being "nickel and dimed" to death for help. HIGHLY recommend!

I recently purchased a new system from F1 Systems on Main St.. What a refreshing experience! Sure wish I knew about these folks a long time ago. Had a minor issue with an exhaust fan on my gaming rig. As someone with significant anxiety problems, it's rare for me to walk away from a situation like this with my mind at ease. But I left F1 Systems with confidence that I'd been well taken care of. Marlend's knowledge and experience is plain to see from the get go. And there just isn't a substitute for a long time local business when it comes to service. Highly recommended.
