This is a pitiful managed company who just doesn't get with the times. I remember first dealing with them back in 2002 trying to get a business line installed and requesting voice mail with the line. They didn't have it! Times have changed with cell phones but their service has not. Recently (3-4 months ago) I canceled my internet service with them. I have called numerous times over the last few months for a refund I am due but only get an excuse from Susie that it is not her job. I asked for the manager who never seems to be in to call but no response. I guess a call to the PUC or other agency is the only next step. Stay away from this company if you have other choices.

The worst customer service I have dealt with. We had some issues with billing, I had updated my banking account with them about a year ago and received monthly statements showing payment. Well now our service has been turned off and when I called and spoke with a customer service rep rather than working together to get this figured out she pinned this as my fault and even asked "are you on honest person?" I will be taking my services elsewhere.

Very nice staff and technicians that helped install my internet service. Prices/speeds are reasonable and no contract for any service! No data cap. Certain areas are starting to have fiber internet available as well. Much preferred over the cable option, unless you must have TV as well (Sharon Telephone doesn't have any TV service). Only disconnected because I don't use my home internet enough over my mobile phone plan.
