2nd: This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a business! Lorne was so patient with me, while I was freaking out about there being rodents in our house. Not only was he extremely good at what he does, he also took the time time to share some of that knowledge with me (which put me at ease).
3rd: Not only do I recommend Go Pest Tech, I would make this the only call for any pest extermination! I do not say that lightly... we called several other businesses before we came to his (just going down the line in a internet search), and it was frustrating as to how many other companies tried to up-sell and tell me that this would be a long process (and I'm quoting them "months to a year"). By the time I called Go Pest Tech, I was already panicking. He even took the time on that call to put me at ease and was able to come the next morning. He advised it may take up to 2 weeks (not months or a year), but I can officially say that it only took 1 week for us to rid ourselves of mice and a shrew that made our house theirs.

If you made it through my story of my experience with Go Pest Tech and are still reading... don't bother calling any other Pest Control places but them.

I love working with GoPestTech. Last fall I had hundreds if not thousands of box elder bugs clinging to my home and finding their way in. After the treatment they were gone the next day. Lorne's expertise is evident in his work. I also had a certain species of wasp/hornet (I can't remember which!) finding it's way into my living room. After I showed Lorne the type of insect, he knew immediately the type of wasp/hornet it was, how it was getting into my home, and how to treat my home to kill the nest. After that treatment, my problem was resolved. I appreciate that GoPestTech offers a discount for the maintenance program and I feel it is affordably priced. The best part is that it is guaranteed so if I have issues over the summer he will come and take care of it free of charge. Very happy customer!
