My furnace broke down and a service technician came to look at it diagnosed we needed new furnace. They got my old one running temporarily and had me on the schedule to get a new one installed. Three days later we have a brand new furnace! What a great company.

We got a new furnace installed on 11/26/24. Awesome, professional job done by all! Ben taught us about furnaces and what is best for us. John, Matt and Spencer installed. Matt taught us about thermostats! I was in the middle of Thanksgiving prep and didn’t even know they were here. What a great bunch of employees Air Tech has!! 5 stars for all!!

Air tech installed my first furnace in 98 and have been my service provider since then. I used to be a happy customer but I’ve reached my limit with them in 2025. The person who answers the phone to take my service request doesn’t even live in the same state as me. Half the time my request is ignored and I have to call again. Now I’m charged $99 just to get a tech to come over before any work is done. Garbage company. I hired a different company to install a new furnace for me in Feb 2025, NOT air tech.

After 3 other companies came and diagnosed our 4 year old boiler that stopped working, we contacted Air Tech Heating. We went 2 weeks without hot water and they were the only ones willing to come and do the heat exchanger swap. I will never use another company again when it comes to my boiler. It was not their responsibility as it was still under warranty, but the person that installed it, did not want to deal with it. We are so thankful that we have a wonderful company that we can count on.

Saturday, February 1st, power to my furnace was shut down to change a light fixture. When power was restored, the furnace was not kicking in. After trying a few things, I contacted Air Tech, requesting a tech come out to my home. Technician Jason contacted me. Jason was able to give me a few things to try to get heat restored. Jason provided awesome customer service. His time was greatly appreciated by me and my wallet.

Furnace wasn't working so we called the 24 hour emergency number. Received a call back within minutes and the technician walked me through a solution over the phone. Even though it was very early in the morning (on a Sunday), he was kind, friendly and professional. We will always use Air Tech for our HVAC needs!
