Andrew was very helpful today. It was easy to set up a phone call with him and get started. I thought I had one issue, but I had several. He talked to a 3rd party software on my behalf and got the first issue solved. Then he investigated the second issue I had not expected. He solved that one. Then, he installed a driver for a printer.
