This place has a nice little scam going. I lost out on $2.50 after their machine paid me for my aluminum cans. Never again will I do business here. I now see their post below. What a joke, so you can learn more? What does that mean? You know your scamming people, and instead of making it right, you go about it that way. COMPLETE. INSANITY.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Very disappointed that a so-called “reputable” business would take advantage of people for $20. Make sure you are educated on their policies for scrapping aluminum because they apparently operate quite differently than any other scrap yard. What should’ve been at least a $30 aluminum rim payout was $3.94! When I called to ask why it was classified as “breakage” rather than aluminum scrap, I was told it was because there was a small plastic sensor still attached which the man in the shop never explained even when we brought it up. The rim was clean, free of debris and the tire was removed. I’m not even going to get into the weight of the rest of the items which were 99% sure was understated to say the least. All they had to do was make it right but $20 is too important to them.

Easy in, easy out, very helpful personnel to assist you from the yard to the scale office and "checkout".

Jeff and Joe are both crooks docking over half an end dump load of steel for having less than 10% concrete in it. Better off driving the extra time to take it to Alter in Medford.

The price Wasn't worth the time taking it in let alone picking it up. Just take it to one of the many other places who assess the hundreds of loads a year at 10-15%.

Great employee service until you get to the office. I have never had a pleasant experience with the office lady. Love going to recycle here other than the customer service the office.

They seem to have some of the better prizes in town for aluminum and theirs check in and payment system is fast and painless. I try to take my cans here whenever possible.

Quick and you scan your printed slip and the machine spits out your money. Good atmosphere.

The place is pretty much useless they post a time of 4:00 pm to close well I was there at 3:50 and they turned me away so needless to say I will never go there again.
