They have yet to help me I need a handyman. I’m disabled and I have dementia and everything I asked for they don’t have. I think somebody needs to go in there and instead of having 12 people sit around and answer phone calls and tell people they can’t help them how about finding ways to help people?

The location of this ADRC office is pretty much invisible, not easily accessible and with often crowded parking. In fact l have come across many people in Wausau who don't know what it is or where it is. Sadly. l can't imagine who/how the decision was made to situate it where it now is.

Spoke to an agent 2 weeks ago, lots of promises but nothing in the mail. She has my address, but super slow falling through the cracks. Very frustrating. Called today went to a voice-mail waiting again.
