The first time visiting this store is new in our area.
I was not impressed with the checkout area, for it did not flow easily.
The store itself has a lot of different items.
They are hiring, which may be the cause for the disarray.
Over all the cashier was nice. Easy access into the store. Large parking area.
Prices are reasonable. Quality not so much.

This place just feels like a worse T.J.Maxx. I happen to really enjoy T.J.Maxx and HomeGoods, and Ross just feels like what those stores would be like if they had their identities removed. Both stores manage to inspire a sense of discovery when walking through them in the same way that walking through a thrift store might. There’s nearly nothing you can buy from Ross that you can’t find elsewhere and have a more enjoyable time doing so.
I hope that one day we can societally come to the consensus that soulless branding with white walls and absolutely zero identity is bad for business.
