Called in a request for service,, and the technician returned a call the same day. He was here first thing the following morning. He listened to our concerns, did a thorough investigation and meticulously corrected the problem he found. Called in a work ticket and later that same day the technician was here. Printer needed a new drum but since the machine was at that age when parts are no longer available, he gave us a couple of choices without pressure for choosing an answer. Follow up to let us know that a machine was on order for us.

As always, when I called late in the afternoon for service on the 2 units in my office, Ben showed up early the next morning. We always enjoy his smile and wonderful personality. He serviced the 2 machines and got everything running smoothly again. He is very professional and knows his stuff.

Jim was willing to drive through a blizzard to service our two machines. I made him wait a day. He was here bright and early the next morning and stayed for a good long time, keeping me informed on what the problems were and what needed to be replaced. Would definitely recommend!
