Self checkout was terrible. Every self checkout was doing the the same thing. You move the bag on the table and it kicks you out, as you checkout. How ridiculous. Then you wait for someone. They need to have more cashiers. That's customer service.

I love this store. Its location and the people that work here. I have been going here for many years. BUT, the problem is that being a dairy farmer, like a lot of their customers, is that they don't keep much of anything I need for the cows in stock. I've been to other Fleet Farm stores, and they always have what I need. I don't think i should have to go to other stores. I will not purchase anything online, so I have started getting everything from the vets office or the hardware store. Sure, it costs more, but at least I don't have to travel.

Customer service and online shopping was the worst experience ever. Online is terrible if I had the choice for a 0 stars they would recieved that from me. How are you able to order online if they will not fulfill there order and then will send you a message to say they canceled your order. Once you have the confirmation that they got your order they should fulfill the order that was purchased, not get an email almost 24 hours later that they have canceled your order. Would never recommend this to anyone as a way to shop here.

No the Fleet Farm of the past. Out of stock of many items even though online it says available in store. Just like many places there isn't enough staff to help frequently. They move the items frequently making it hard to find things at times. On positive side good vary and quality with clothing. Love the old fashion candy available. ToyLand is always nice. I enjoy in the spring the farm section and baby 🐥 🐤 🐣 chickens. They take good care of them.

Always a great place to grab all sorts of stuff including hunting and reloading stuff as well as chickens, farm supplies and most hardware supplies and tools, they also have shoes and clothing products as well, there definitely worth a look if your looking for any sporting good items or hardware items or maybe even clothing or snacks.

They re-organized the store. It's horrible. Went in to get a drill bit, tap and some hardware. Metric hardware bins were empty, drill bits and taps were scattered over several isles corresponding to their brand (milwaukee, dewalt, etc). It was a 30 minute waste of time. I put everything back and went to Menards. In and out in 10 minutes at Menards with everything I needed and more.

I really enjoyed going to the fleet farm. It's definitely your One Stop Shop kind of place. They have everything that you could possibly even imagine. They always have sales and Deals going on. The staff are always so kind and helpful. Love Fleet Farm.

I was having some problems with the online shopping and I can't remember the mangers name but she helped me so much and made my Christmas the best I've had in a while with getting my order situated before I went back to Michigan. I love this place and if I come back to Wisconsin I would definitely visit here again
