Absolutely fantastic same-day service from Positive Technology Computer Service! I just got a new gaming laptop for my brother's birthday and needed something installed ASAP. Dropped off my computer yesterday around 5 ONE hour before they close and they had it ready for me today all set. I appreciate the exact price they quoted and didn't try to push anything. The Owner was so nice and kept me informed on what exactly was causing my issue. I am the president of a engineering group and I will start to bring all of our laptops to this company. 10/10 would recommend

I hired Positive Technology to come to my house to set up my new computer. I would highly recommend this company. Darren spent over an hour setting up the new computer. He transferred all of the information from my old computer. If I ever need help with my computer, I will definitely call Positive Technology again.

Transparency upheld during quoting and checkout, the only "upcharge" was the sales tax. The replacements for my damaged motherboard, CPU, and power supply turned out to be upgrades for the ones I accidentially damaged, which was a surprise bonus. They also offered me to transfer my BIOS boot files from my SATA SSD to my NVME at no additional cost.

I noticed one or two reviews critiquing alleged slow wait times, but one must remember that only two techs are working at this small business, so give them the time they need to properly diagnose issues and repair or replace parts.

I highly suggest giving them a try if you need extra sets of eyes to pinpoint your computer needs.

Ordered my first custom build PC to meet my media company’s needs and even got lucky and got an updated graphics card to help with adobe premiere pro. (3060TI Founders Edition). Darren and Shane did the works and I am very glad with my purchase no regrets except I wish I got 64 gigs of ram instead of 32, but that’s easily upgraded.
