It was a little wet today, but it sure didn't stop everyone from coming out to buy plants and trees. There was so much to choose from. My husband and I could hardly believe how many plants they had. I absolutely loved looking at everything.

Summer Celebration is an 2-day event hosted by West Tennessee AgResearch and Education Center. This is the perfect venue with plenty of spaces for the various classes, services, vendors and parking. This is a paradise for Master Gardeners or anyone that loves learning about and growing plants. The grounds are meticulous with thousands of trees, grasses, vegetables, scrubs, flowers, vines and succulents all neatly arranged and beautifully presented.

The botanical gardens are ever changing, so you can see something different in every season. It's a beautiful place for a short walk. They also have a few events going on this summer, so check their website/Facebook for those!

I went for the first time to Jackson on Thursday,
July 11, 2019 for their Summer Celebration.
The Gardens were beautiful and the seminiors were good.
Only thing that would have made it perfect is to have the day before it gets so hot. Everyone could not wait to get inside to the AC.
There was a wagon ride tour of the place.
