This store has a lot of variety. Produce is good, but less sprinkler action would be nice. That tends to make some of it go bad quicker once at home. Prices are "good" in comparison to other places and the store is well laid out.

Store is big with a good selection. Prices are OK but not great. Some items on the shelf are not in date. The customer service is consistent and by consistent I mean consistently poor. Kroger may want to revisit the management specifically front end as it’s the worst I have found in the TN area.

We’ve been shopping there since we moved from Franklin to SH 3 years ago. Store is fine and this post refers specifically to the pharmacy. It doesn’t matter what day or time you go there you should plan on an average of 30 minutes in line at least. Have been through the drive through on multiple occasions during posted open hours and the window is closed.

It’s very simple management, you have a large store and choose to not have enough staff. And don’t say you can’t find labor. There are plenty of people looking for jobs and need to work.

It’s very frustrating as a customer to continue to have to wait that long to get prescriptions and is totally fixable. Please address this or I will change pharmacies.

I have never been so disrespected in my whole life. We had two buggies because we were taking to two different homes and four people stood around and watched us scan every bit of it never offered to help back and I mean, they stared holes through us as if we were gonna steal my husband is a pastor You couldn’t pay me to steal something.

I don’t have a problem with anything in the storage. It’s just why do they make it a labyrinth to get into after 8 o’clock?

The cashier with the last name Patel was very rude. You can be nice to him but he still acts rude. I got groceries and a drink but instead of handing me my drink he shoved it down the conveyor belt on purpose. Do not recommend going to his cashier line.

Thompson’s Station, TN. Tajin! I’ve used it for years but suddenly on this trip through Georgia and Tennessee I’m seeing tv ads about it and now this huge display. We don’t have displays of Tajin this big in Orlando, where I’d think there’d be more users of Tajin. What does this mean? I’m impressed with the Tajin container shaped like a citrus juicer that you fill with Tajin and dip your margarita glass rim in. We do not have that at our Publix.

Kroger (Albertsons in California) is pretty well stocked. It’s not as expensive as Publix but bougier and pricier than Walmart, said my stepdaughter.

Along with the Tajin I also picked up on the Tennessee state-shaped cutting boards and locally made cookies and jams.

Our kids love this Krogers for the breadth of its products. A shower curtain liner? Yes, they have that and we needed one today. Sushi? Freshly made on site. We’ll definitely be back this week.

This is a great store. The customer service at this location is outstanding. The marketplace is great because not only do they sell groceries they have a large selection of clothing, furniture and even a toy section. The deli is fantastic. The meat department carries a large selection of fresh meats. This is one of the best stores in the Spring Hill area.
