Extremely disappointed with their service. I decided to go local, but learned why people don't like supporting local here in Chattanooga. Approved products on Sep 11th and Sep 18th, 2024. I re-confirmed on Sep 20th that I needed the items by Sep 30th. On Sep 24th I received an email stating, "Unfortunately due to the time frame, we cannot meet that date. Standard production time is 7-10 business days for these items. We could have these for you the week of October 7th." I asked why the approvals on the 11th, 18th, and 20th didn't count, and they ghosted me. They didn't even offer a discount on products going forward due to their failure; I had no promotional material for my event.

I have the emails to show and will post the screenshots here if this review is disputed. Might want to order from a national provider, unfortunately.
