This is my 2nd order & called customer service directly. Very helpful & courteous. I ordered brushed silver & gold metal tags with the black border. Magnetic clasps, which are strong & hold very well. Overall, the tags look great & are high quality. The silver tag had some exposed tape & sticky residue on one end. Fairly easy to clean up. Also, purchased the velvet bag of nice quality. Great pricing. Order was shipped quickly with tracking, but the post office held onto it for about a week.
