We ended up with a 2500 Ashley stove manufactured by these guys. Well, made in China, but it's their company. Aside from the EPA regulations, causing various chimney issues for us. Once that was resolved for many thousands of dollars, the stove works amazing Looks great and does a great job

I have called technical support on four different occasions over the past 5 years. 3 of the 4 where my issues with not maintaining the stove and other bone head issues.
One was a faulty part that was covered under warranty. Each time the support has been awesome. They are experts in their field. I was able to resolve the issue without calling a pellet repair service and paying the high repair costs.

Customer service was horrible. My pressure switch broke, and I called to order a replacement... the lady that answered was so rude. I tried telling her that I've tested every possible thing it could be according to the manual and the internet and the only issue that was left was a bad pressure switch. She proceeded to tell me that pressure switch rarely go bad so obviously it must be another issue and if I put a different pressure switch on it temporarily to test that and it worked that doesn't mean anything, and when I bypass the pressure switch entirely (so that I can have heat in my house in the middle of winter while I get a new part) that there's my problem because the pressure switch isn't working at all to detect that there's issues. She refused to listen to what I had to say every single time I told her I know for a fact I need a new pressure switch, and when I told her "i want to buy the pressure switch I know what I need" she's like "okay well I'm gonna let you buy it" in the most Snarky and disdainful looking down on me kind of way, As if I have no right to buy a part that I'm specifically requesting to buy but she will make an exception. She then proceeded to quote me ridiculously expensive prices that even stores that use them as their supplier quoted me less. This lady seriously about practically ruined my whole day with her attitude and I will never be calling them again. She didn't even answer the phone by saying "thank you for calling US Stove Company" she just said hello in a really rude way. Do not buy from them... all the negative reviews are spot on accurate.

Customer Service & the Technicians have been THE MOST helpful and respectful i have ever dealt with! I have a us stove model 6041 and was having some issues. talked to the techs 3 times ( different days) and each one helped me track down the issue i was having. problem solved and part ordered and sent FAST. up and Running like new! Thank you US STOVE and Support staff , Especially Mrs Chasity who went the extra mile in helping us! God bless !

Customer service is dismal at best. Ordered parts still waiting 3 weeks so far and when you finally get someone on the phone they tell you it hasn't shipped yet but should go out today. When. Working a good product but if you need parts you are better off buying a new stove and save yourself frustration

Customer service for this company is atrocious. Completely unprofessional when dealing with myself. She kept talking over me while I was trying to explain the situation, then hung up on me when I was trying to speak with another representative.

Buyer beware if you need to rely on these guys for anything, so stay away from anything KING branded!

We called the number in our owners instruction manual when our pellet stove stopped working. My husband asked if they could find the part locally for us and the woman's idea of customer service was to say she couldn't do that because she didn't know where we lived (rather than ask us our location). When my husband told her, she said we'd have to order the part. We went to the store where we purchased the stove to have them order the part for us and lo and behold, for the past week no one has answered the phone, the website to order was down and no replies to the stores email requesting help to order the part.
Meanwhile, it's getting down to 6 degree's here at night and our main source of heat isn't working.
I hope you're all warm this holiday season, because at least one of your customers is struggling to keep their family warm thanks to your products and lack of customer service.

My wood burning stove is not only beautiful but amazing for heating! If that wasn't enough reason for buying the stove, the excellent customer service was. Rebecca went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied with quality! I'll never buy any other stove again.
