Very rude and not informed. They do not have the right information about what goes on in the POA office and the wellness center at Tellico Village. I tried to get a membership and they send me back and forth from the POA office and the wellness center, giving me the wrong information each time. I spoke to Jessica Raab who was very rude and wouldn’t let me speak to the lady I had previously spoken to about my membership, giving me attitude in the process. I asked her what her name was and she stormed off and left the room. I had to get her name from the other man in the room. If you go to the office don’t expect to get friendly customer service or nice staff to help you. Wouldn’t recommend going here or moving here at all.

Nepotism runs wild and costs keep going up with little to show for it as the ceo and employees are overpaid for what they do and their experience, should be a city

Mis-managed. Overcharges homeowners for little return on our investment with them. They need to be disbanded. No one needs POA fees that are over $170 / month. Fully regret buying here as these POA fees continue inexplicably climb.

Friendly staff and service. Please be patient and remember they have to deal with a lot of people. This is not a 100 home neighborhood.

Just the offices....folks there are fine and efficient....but not alot of smiles..or interaction....the rest of village is great...
