The worst services.

I've had internet troubles for 3 months now and had the service for 8 months. The past 3 months they had sent 3 technicians and all new equipment and cables and the internet got worse each time. I use internet for my job and they could have cared less and never offered to work on the price while the internet service was interrupted. Horrible I wish I could leave ZERO stars.

Folks what ever u do, do not except any upgrades from these people. I did in late January early February and ive been screwed 10 ways from Sunday by these people. Got offered a upgrade the months mentioned wasn't calling for this was calling because Internet troubles. It's been down hill ever since. If ur on a fixed income don't expect these people to care about u or yr lively hood they in it for ur money that's it. Spent 1hr on phone this morning to no avail so ive told them to get there junk out my house put my modem back in Internet back way it was that i no how to pay my bill as vyve broadband obviously doesn't. If u want good Internet go elsewhere if u want good customer service go elsewhere if u want to be screwed 10 ways from Sunday go to vyve broadband u will get it this is for sure. I'm looking for Internet but there's nothing around and locally here where i live they will not let no other companies in. This is the only reason im with vyve broadband but if they persistent on screwing me no ways from Sunday i will learn how to live without it. This i promise

For 2 months now I have recieved significantly less down & upload speeds than I am paying for and if I am on playing some games the internet will throttle me down till its impossible to play due to lag.

It had been decent for 2.5 years, but not anymore.

To be honest with you, Vyvve was great at first with a promotion cheaper than the 100$ 1Gb price. But after that ended and became normal price I have experienced the most drops of internet and slowed internet I ever have. I’m getting ready to switch to Powell valley electric fiber optic internet( I already have my line ran just need it hooked up) I heard their internet is way more stable and steady and they don’t keep raising prices on you. My bill is now 105 and some change. Insane I pay so much for the best internet but I couldn’t tell. Not worth it.

I’ve been with Vyve for over 10 yrs, and have paid to “ upgrade” my Internet speed as new tech was offered. I pay avg. $150 for 205 mbps . For the first year or so, it was ok, but I never did get 205 as advertised. Now? I’m lucky if I get 25-50!! If someone streams Netflix, no one can play online video games because of EXTREME LAGTIME!! Hubbie & I use our ATT Data to surf web on our iPhones, as the WIFI in my bedroom on opposite side of house is SO BAD. I have 5-6 Eero routers placed throughout home, so NOPE!! It ain’t my routers! It’s Vyve BB TERRIBLE service! I’m tired of this & will be switching SOON to either ATT or Point BB. Tired of paying for poor service!!

Service is shotty at best, every night my speeds drops to 15MBps from the gig that I pay for, service drops if the wind blows. I worked for this company for 4 years with excellent quality service record and now told that there is nothing wrong with my service, it’s just that I’m an idiot and it’s user error. Also reading the reviews posted, only employees give 5 star

It was a decent service but getting only 2 day compensation for the 5 different times my eero fries due to any lightning going near the house is just disappointing, not only that for 2 months I didn't even get the speeds I was paying for. Overall I would rather go back to the way I was paying before if I didn't need the speeds for my work and gaming time.

We have been with this company for 6 years and we've here and there had issues with our internet. Recently, it has been very bad with the internet going out and have had to unplug modem several times before it would work. I recently discovered that the person I talked to about upgrading was dishonest about our package upgrade. The issue has been fixed and we received our new modem today with the highest package (that I should have had but didn't). Hoping these problems will resolve and we will have better service! I do appreciate the representative who got us someone quickly to come out and change the modems and do the upgrade! If it wasn't for that, me and my husband would have canceled.
