My new model MacBook Pro's screen stopped working during a "livestream". I contacted Apple's customer service and they recommended multiple Apple certified repair services in my area and I chose this company after visiting their website. It was easy to setup and cancel appointments conveniently online without having to take the time to call a person. Apple requires them to run a free diagnostic of all their products. The staff is exceptionally friendly and very professional. The waiting room is modern, comfortable, and clean. They offer beverages while you wait. Although the screen itself was very expensive (Apple's price, not theirs), their service fees are very affordable and reasonable. It took a few days to receive my new screen via FedEx because it was near the weekend, and it came with a 90 day warranty. Because the shipping was delayed, I did have to call to check on the status of the repair instead of them calling to update me. This company also service and sell other brands of computers in addition to selling electronics.

Tate Computer System is a class act! The service I received there was nothing short phenomenal! 👍 The in-store technicians was absolutely incredible! My technician, Alex is an amazing tech professional with a level of expertise in the industry that I would personally rate as a definite 10 stars out of 10!! Alex took care of my personal laptop computer issue in an efficient and timely manner! I would be remised to not mention how friendly and courteous Alex is! My daughter’s IPhone died and when I went to the online Apple Service Center, Tate Computers came up as an authorized Apple Service Provider. They were able to get us in right away and their service level was excellent. The business is well run and the technicians were great.

They had her phone repaired and back to us in just under an hour. I was thrilled to support this local business & had to purchase a few extra items to show my appreciation.

Most repairs done same day in house, but some iPhone parts have to be ordered from Apple.. they can’t repair all iPad screens, but they’ll refer you to someone who can if they can’t.

I went in to address a simple concern regarding my 2017 MacBook pro that 'another major competitor' refused to actually address after having me come in twice and spend multiple hours in their store. Anywho, the kind gentlemen Lee and Eric at Tate Computer Systems helped me and had me out in less than 10 minutes. The other major competitor quoted me a tab of at least $500 on top of having to send my device in. From now on, TSC will be my FIRST and ONLY choice when I need to have my Macbook and any other Applet products serviced! Give these people your business! You will not regret it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a joke. They are very unprofessional and not willing to correct the situation at hand. Mr. Tate, or Sly Tate as they call him, is very sly and un-honest. He is a money grubber, and not willing to make his clients happy. I brought my phone which was not powering on to them to diagnose. They never called me back to let me know what was happening or what they diagnosed. I had to call them and ask. They told me it was being sent back to Apple and I would get a new phone within 2 days. 2 days later I called them again since no one called me to inform me what was going on. They said they ordered a part without my permission and I needed to pay before I could get my phone back. I did not authorize a repair or part replacement, nor was a price given to me beforehand. They have you sign a waiver stating that the company will let you know about pricing and parts before they do anything and this did not happen. To help me feel better they offered me a free screen protector. Whoopee. Exactly what I wanted. Also to make things better they were operating without a manager on site all day and left me standing in the lobby for over an hour while they called the manager. They admitted it was their fault and mistake. But they were not willing to work with me to fix the situation.
