I wish I could rate Non-Stop-Delivery directly. They are a division of Hub Group though. NSD has been a nightmare to work with. They couldn’t coordinate transportation of a $7,000 glass patio door for multiple week, lost the item in there system for a while, finally got another carrier to bring it to the final destination terminal so they could make final delivery, list it in their warehouse, and blamed the other freight company for losing it even though they had a POD with signature accepting the item. To top things off, they finally made delivery today but dropped all three panels offloading it. I wish I could share the video. The drivers drop them about 5’ and they land flat on their faces. But they proceed to pick them up broken and leave them “delivered” without contacting anyone. They proceeded to sweep the glass from their truck onto the driveway. That’s just terrible service!!!

The driver(a white guy with a double chin) that had trailer 503836 on August 30, 2019 @7am on I-40W is a very dangerous driver. He was driving slower than me so all I did as a trucker was attempt to go around him but he wasn't having it. He was being dangerous and holding up traffic just to keep me from passing. I don't know if it's because I'm black or because of the company I work but I was afraid for myself and the people around so I just got behind him because alot of truckers are mentally unstable and clearly he was and I didnt want anything to happen to myself or the people around us its not that serious at least not for me. I hope he seeks mental help he gave me chills.

Owner Operators Beware!! Hub Group's Insurance Policy does not cover you for Uninsured Motorist, so God forbid you have an accident and the other party doesn"t have insurance because you are SCREWED!!
