I can’t say enough positive things about my customer experience at Simutek. The customer service is top notch. I recently made a Mac purchase and received personal support on how to activate and use the technology. It’s been around for 10 years and if you happen to have an Apple product, there is nowhere else to go that even compares with these wonderful geeks. I had an old macbook I loved, but damaged the screen. I called Simutek and they thought they could help me out.
Because the macbook was so old they couldn't repair the screen, but were able to set me up with a refurbished macbook a couple of years newer for a great price!
Within a half hour of arriving I left with a working macbook with my old hard drive installed, meaning I was good to go without an reinstalling.
