We had a wonderful experience at Old time photos because of our photographer Brandon. He was great and what a wonderful personality,made us all feel relaxed especially my autistic daughter. He captured amazing shots and we can't wait to comeback to pigeon forge to have him take more pictures this next time with our dogs too. Thanks Brandon for a very happy memory of the experience. Your an amazing photographer and person☺️

I want to take the time to make sure I shared our experience with anyone looking for a super fantastic time getting unforgettable photos at an unforgettable old time photo shop. Seeing so many options in Pigeon Forge, we weren't sure which one to choose, so we looked at the style/theme of photos and landed on Three Bears Old Time Photo as a preference for unique style and energy. We were greeted immediately by Zack who was so friendly in explaining how this process would work and what we would expect to get out of the experience. What we got was a super fun time choosing the Hillbilly Theme and getting dressed up (or down) in Hillbilly clothes and staged perfectly with critters, moonshine, front porches and our Hillybilly car. Zack and team were so friendly, so energetic, and so in tuned with knowing exactly how to get us in character to take photos we never knew we were capable of - This was icing on the cake for our mom's "2024 Bucket List Trip" to Dollywood. A trip that we'll never forget and immortalized in the spirit of deep Appalachia - where the moonshines on everyone. Thank you Zack and team for the photos and the experience! We'll see you again, I'm sure.

We love Three Bears! My daughter always begs to have these photos done and Kagney always does a great job! She is wonderful and fun and gets the best! She has done them for us 2x now and we will definitely be back next year!

Just had our photos taken here and ZACK WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The kids and bff had a blast even our dog joined in on the fun very patient very kind and over all fun! I have done these photos several times but this was the best experience I have ever had and plan to return ❤️❤️❤️❤️ THANK YOU ZACK ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Zack was so much fun and knew the best poses. I recommend to everyone

(this was my comment while I was at the store being told i could get a discount for my photos)

When we arrived me and my sister had asked the guy what the price was, he said “for the two of you it’ll be $27.99” so me and my sister were like this is awesome let’s do it! Once we got all done and through with the photos, he called us back to the room and showed us pictures. And boy let me tell you our faces dropped once he showed us the REAL prices of pictures. $199 for digital copies and even more for some other bundles. This whole time we were thinking the photo would be $30. This is a scam. He told us “if you leave us a good review on good I will give you the digital package for $125” real scam. It was a shame this guy was so nice and fun and turns around to tell us we have to pay $199 for the actual photos, or $80 for one. Apparently the $27.99 is to get dressed up and have your picture taken. Not for the photo copy! Everyone be careful here.
