I thought I was the only one dealing with this, but after looking through the reviews, its not just me. The billing department is incompetent. They will duplicate bill the heck out of you, and when you point it out, they act like they have no idea what you are talking about. They bill service in two year increments, but bill you every year for two years. Never get it resolved and just expect you to pay or get your service disconnected. I only use them because my franchise requires me to, but if you are voluntarily seeking this companies services, look elsewhere or it will be a nightmare.

Billing department and customer service is horrible. After successful one-year contract forcing us 60-90 days auto renewal card on us, but never send any communication or reminder. Now they trying "collection".
I gave "one star" otherwise I can't post it.
JUST DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WILL BE THE BEST...!!

Noticed that the $20 hold on my account for ONE printed document never dropped off and posted for the ACTUAL cost, which was only $2. Checked all the other times I’ve printed using this 3rd party company via UPS and sure enough I have a total of $60 withdrawn from my account for 3 printed docs totaling less than $10. Called this company and they say the issue is with UPS and of course UPS says the issue is with UniGuest. Had to end up filing 3 bank disputes, what a hassle but glad I noticed…I don’t have $60 to just give away.

I never *like* having technical issues at the Hotel I work for, but when I do, I'm glad that I have to call Uniguest to resolve them. Every technician that I have spoken with has exemplary customer service skills. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and proactive in solving my issues. This is about as good as you can get it!

They never respond no matter how much you call or email. I guess they don't need sales. The response to my review was not acceptable. I used the live chat three times and still not one called me. I received a call on Wednesday January 6th over a month after my initial reaching out. I used both my work and personal email to get a response and still did not. Strange how I got a response after this review had been read. Sad your techs in the chat never gave you the messages. I Finnally got a quote but I can't let this slide.

Terrible software, terrible disorganized company, doesn't know what they are billing. Extremely unprofessional they send multiple conflicting emails. If I wasn't forced by my franchise to use them I wouldn't I'f, you need reliable software and support look elsewhere.

UPDATE: They say in the reply that they have no records of me reaching out. Yet I am a customer for close to ten years with countless emails back and forth from them. This further illustrates their general disorganization

Customer service was excellent.

I called to request 5 receipts for my company's charges and Matt was so kind, patient and courteous towards me. (he called me back twice to reconfirm if I received the emails, which I received pretty quickly)
