I was just like to say that my experience with brandywine has been great for over 10 years thanks to my property manager TRICIA and her staff she's always been very helpful, nice, and concerned about her tenants well being. But most of she's very understanding and I appreciate her for that. Keep up the great job that you do and tenants like me be looking forward to renewing my lease another year.

I have called BRANDYWINE HOMES for the last three months. I have a problem with the portal. I can call TRICIA every time and She always make sure I am taken care of.
Even if I have to call Her back to back She is always so Pleasant. She will stay on the phone until MY problem is totally resolved.

I I have been living here for 3 years now,renewed my lease 2 times and I have been very, very pleased with this company. I've never Lived in a community where the resident always comes first. The Customer Service is unbeatable! Never encountered any problems or acts of refusal for services requested
