We learned of TenantTech through MultiFamily NW. I originally signed up with them because I wanted to have full access to MultiFamily NW updated forms. Though the Tenant Tech interface can be a little challenging, it is nothing compared with all the forms City of Portland requires now. I am so grateful for Tenant Tech. Without it we probably would have sold our business. Without those two organizations it would be difficult to keep up with the continual changes and additions City of Portland requires on forms. Over the last ten years we went from a four page, 12 font, easy to understand lease and lead brochure.. to now having to send 17 to 23 forms for Tenants to read and or fill out with move in. The unintended consequences is often tenants don't read everything(who can blame them), which can end up hurting us and them. I recommend TenantTech and MultiFamily NW to other small business owners all the time. Without them many of these small business would no longer be able to do business in Portland, Oregon.

I've never had to interact with a more infuriating and inconsistent company than these guys. They can't ever tell you what all needs to be corrected if they reject a document, nooo they have to tell you one piece at a time so by the time you've finally got someone approved you've gone back and forth about 10 times getting them everything they're asking since they can't tell you the first time.
Not to mention depending on which "customer support " person you get, requirements will differ. One may take what you've submitted but another will make you jump through hoops before they'll even accept it. Gosh forbid you push back on the inconsistency cause then they'll really go out of their way to be difficult.
Throw in the fact that they'll speak to you like an imbecile if you ask for help because of a system glitch and you've already told them of all the steps you've taken they'll still ask you over and over if you've done the most Basic of troubleshooting and will offer no help other than to ask "are you sure?"
This company is a wastes of time.

I really find Tenant Tech useful! It makes doing the “paperwork” of being a rental property manager/owner easy! They have always been easy to reach, they answer my questions happily and it is very cost effective.

If I have one “wish” it would be that they make the app iphone friendly as I do 90% of my work on my phone.

I look forward to using Tenant Tech in 2020 and beyond.
