What an excellent experience, from beginning to end. I built a new PC, but it was having issues booting up. I decided to take it to NerdsToGo at the recommendation of a close friend. One of the technicians, Milan, was so great at explaining the process and timeline of the diagnostics they would need to run. He also gave me an accurate estimation of how much all of the testing would cost. I also met the owner, Susan, when I came back to pick up my PC. Wonderful experience, highly recommend using their services. I will certainly be utilizing them whenever I have any tech problems moving forward.

I am greatly pleased to have found these folk. Very professional, thorough, and expeditious. My particular issue was solved within 24 hours. I took a GPU - out of warranty - for repairs, and it is like brand new!

If they're in your area, or even an hour out, I would still take my device over to them. The price may seem a little up there, but the quality of service is next to none. I'd rather use their services again than to go for a cheaper option which may not bear fruit.

A couple of days ago my desktop decided it wasn't interested in doing anything. After a couple of calls to reputable companies and leaving voice messages requesting a callback with no response, I called Nerds To Go and spoke with Marc. A half hour later I was delivered my computer to them. 24 hours later I was picking up my repaired machine and receiving the explanation of the problem. Quick service at a reasonable rate. I don't think I've ever had a repair done so quickly, even when it was by "in-house" IT folks.

I had an issue with a brand new PC build and wasn’t sure where to go. I did some research and found Nerds To Go to have great reviews. I can happily say this was also my experience.

I took my PC in on a Monday and was told it might be 48-72 to diagnose, which I thought to be very reasonable. I ended up getting my PC back in working order the next day. I was updated all along the way about the steps that were being taken.

The customer service was outstanding. The staff was skilled and friendly. The pricing is very reasonable. I hope I don’t have any more computer issues, but if I do I will being go back to Nerds To Go!

I dropped in to see if there was a chance these folks could help me with a screen replacement, and they were able to accommodate me right away. Unfortunately, the issue turned out to be a dead motherboard, but the tech tried everything he could to see if my laptop was salvageable. The price was very reasonable for the amount of time he spent in trying to solve my issue. I truly appreciated the time he spent, and as a nice bonus the owner also provided a great recommendation for a local coffee spot to go while I waited!

I had a laptop that would not start. they diagnosed as a broken motherboard. The cost to replace the board was not worth it. I bought a new laptop and they transferred all the old data, software from the old to the new. Also configured the computer and spent 30 min going over what they did and answered questions. I think the whole process took 3 days. Price was very reasonable. I definitely would use them again.
