Ryan helped us set up out new computer with an ethernet cable. It took a while to get it to communicate with my computer, but he was super patient and kind the entire time. Allevia custom built 9 computers for our 911 center. The computers were unique in the fact that they needed a video card to support 6 monitors. We had a minor glitch with Windows 11 and what appeared to be an application not running correctly. Allevia's team (Thomas, Morgan, Brian and others) stuck by the product until we were 100% in full operation. We greatly appreciate these guys and will continue using them in the future. It's great to have the awesome customer service and to be able to support a local business.
