Staff has always been very friendly and professional. I’m pretty sure they are the only Internet cable service in Clay County? So I could imagine they stay pretty busy that’s why sometimes for a service call. It might take up to a week. My every time I’ve had to do a service call. They are always so very nice.

The people at Twin Lakes are always super friendly. We've used their services my entire life. They have always tried to be helpful and accommodating. They provide fast service and have always tried to make things right if we've ever had a problem with our bill. The employees are your neighbors, or cousins, or kids you went to school with. Just your average people from your hometown. Good honest people doing their best to do their jobs. As far as the internet speed goes, ours has its ups and downs, but there are a number of factors that come into play when you have broadband internet. I am a satisfied customer and have been for the nearly 20 years that we've had our own account with Twin Lakes.

This is the second time that I had to put a comment about there customer service. They had the wrong address and I wasn't​ getting a bill they act like it was my fault. And now it seem that I don't get a bill until it is almost late, and they are charging me way more for my service by about 60 dollars more then should be. The internet is great I just want my bill fixed and not charged​ for more then what was said. If I could speak with someone that can help me about this matter and fix it would be great. If nit I'll go somewhere else!!!!

Fastest and cheapest internet I’ve ever had. We’ve had minimal issues. And when we do, a quick call always resolves the problem. Their after hours phone reps are always great! I highly recommend them!

Pour speed enternet pitiful we got the fastest out there and cant even play online Xbox when one other person is on the enternet. I wouldn’t recommend buying this enternet I’ve had trouble with them all the time I used to be a gamer all time on Xbox live but I can’t play cause there’s one other person on the enternet here I mean come on people.
