Bill and Scott did a great job planning, estimating, and executing a Starlink set up and install at our rural property. Knowledgeable and experienced at the networking and application of the Starlink technology. Also set up a mesh system across our property effectively.

Knowledgeable, professional staff performed a no-charge diagnosis of my laptop, then provided repair options and recommendations in a fair, unbiased manner. Highly recommend.

Did the same to me. I called. Ignored. I messaged once. Ignored left on read. Messaged again for possibly buying a new pc or used still Ignored. Trash. Not about making money. Was about to drop 1500.00 in their store. Way to shoot yourself CC.

Great customer service! Diagnosed my gaming pc after a power surge and fixed it in the same day, got it back cleaned with the cable management sorted. Recommended a great upgrade plan and showed me alot of new options i hadn't considered. A+ service. will definitely return for future service and upgrades.

We’re fairly new to the area and we’re so glad to have found this place! We usually have to go to Knoxville or Oakridge for everything we need! Bill has fixed everything we’ve taken in, quickly, correctly and very reasonably. We have even purchased a computer from him and felt like we could not beat the price or expertise. We had a minor problem that was not his fault and he fixed it at no charge. Highly recommend this business!

Bought a cord that fried the computer. They may do repair, but they have no clue what will break a computer. Do not take anything here for repair, or do business.

I am editing this as I can't find a way to respond to the business owner on here, but I never came in for a laptop power cord you lied or don't understand computers enough, I went in for a GPU cord that goes into the PSU, now if you knew computers then you would have said, "Don't use a new pci cord with the PSU, you have to use what it comes with." Also you all never even asked to bring in anything, let alone my desktop. This is a legitimate, don't deflect this review, I am letting people know you don't know computers well enough and trying to save them from frying their computer with a bad Pcie cord.

I went to Advanced Computers down by Emory Road and they mentioned that the cord you sold me is what messed it up.
