They really only help veterans and able bodied adults who can be sent out for manual labor. There is little help for those who actually need it. They will also NOT refer to an outside agency if they can’t help, they will suggest you find one on your own though. Consistently disappointing and not helpful for the majority of issues/people. But hey if you are a vet who wants to do construction, they got the hookup!

My finance went to try and get and all they say is we can help pay for this or that. They send Job leads that have nothing to do with the field of someone's work or resume at all won't to do what they want you to do for work tell you that they will call you back and never do so it's just all games and a show. He was trying to go for training to get his CDL and they said he would be good with funding from them okay if that was true why would you tell him he has to pay for some of it

Ladies at front desk not helpful all but one provided me with a pamphlet. The other girl was worried about me putting on a name tag.
These women are supposed to be there for support. I did not feel supported and felt pushed away. I have called and left a VM with a supervisor. We shall what happens and if I get a call back.

I walked in looking for work or training to better myself, only to be disappointed. Employees in veterans building started working me, than they mention I would have to go next building over to take a test. I sat down with a women 5’7 dark hair I did not catch a name. I thought I had all the information to begin the process to take a test. She stated that I needed to bring in more documents. I came in the next day with the documents that she requested, and she stated that they were not good enough. The resource office was unable to assist me in taking their test, getting a job, or looking at college classes that would help me. Arizona@work Pima County, is supposed to assist people in getting back on their feet, and they did no such thing.

EXTREMELY rude employees. After taking three buses to get there, was told to wait outside during an extreme heat warning. No shade, no water, and no access to a restroom.
