This pawn shop has the most terrible rude staff, I am disabled with mild Autism so i can't handle stress or negativity very well, I called the pawn shop and the main pawn shop manager answered the phone I asked him if he would look at my Dale Tiffany exact reproduction of the Louis Comfort Tiffany famous rose bush lamp shade, he then asked me how much I wanted for it and I told him it was up to him so he said bring the lamp on in and I will take a look at it, well I brought the lamp in an brought it up to the main counter of the pawn shop I started to put the heavy 23inch in circumference stained glass shade onto the base so that they could plug it in the main manager came out and said o no don't assemble it i want to look at the shade well he look at it visually and then asked me is it a real tiffany lamp I was honest and told him that it is a reproduction of an original tiffany lamp shade made by a company called Dale Tiffany a well-known artisan company famous for its exact reproductions of Louis Comfort Tiffany's original designs using the same copper foil technique developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany himself and using real art glass just like his original lamps well in a long shot the manager at the pawn shop tapped on the glass and said its plastic i tried politely correcting him as he doesn't know what he is talking about I tried explaining to him that the copper foil technique dampens the sound of the glass making it sound like a thud when tapped instead of a ringing anyone who is truly knowledgeable on tiffany and tiffany reproductions would know this. Anyway, the manger was very rude and hateful towards me and said Well I don't take Tiffany lamps anyway, so I don't want to buy it off of you. long story short being that I have Autism his rudeness caused me to have a partial mild meltdown, so I stormed out of the pawn shop. I will say this I will never ever give this pawn shop my business as long as live to risk being so rudely mistreated again this a terrible place with very unknowledgeable and inexperienced staff.

My husband and I visited this pawn store January 16, 2023. We have been there many times. We've bought firearms and other things in the past from this store. Today we were looking at a John Deere Tractor and then inside looked at the new Fostech Stealth Lightning and the S&W EZ Shield. We were very fortunate to have Maria as our sales person. While we didn't purchase anything this day, she was a wealth of information and as pleasant as could be. You could tell she really enjoyed her job. There aren't many like her around anymore. She knew all about each firearm we looked at, and without missing a beat, before getting the firearm out she immediately asked to see and hold an ID. She had all the answers we could throw at her, including the John Deere Tractor and my possibly bringing a Tandem bike to sell. I'd not let this young lady go. She makes your business shine in a very good light. We'll be back for sure!

This place is a joke. I went in to get my belongings out of pawn charges me almost 100$ over what I pawned for. Every other pawn shop I’ve went to has never charged me over the amount I have pawned for unless I am extending the pawn. When I came in last week to extend my pawn yet charged me again to extend even though I’m getting my belongings out today. It’s just ridiculous. They will no longer be getting my support I will take my business elsewhere.

I purchased a pistol from this company online and they forfeited all money paid, due to "late payment" but they don't answer the phone to accept payments. I called multiple times before the payment due date but they don't answer. I have screenshots of my call log. So, because of their policy, they just get to keep the pistol and my money. Zero refund. No restocking fee or anything like that. They just keep all of the money you've paid. For no reason. Because it's in their policy. They haven't earned it in anyway. It's a crooked system so they can cheat you out of your money. The manager, Cameron, just side steps the fact that I have proof of calling to pay and just keeps saying "we didn't receive payment by the due date". The only way to pay is by phone, through him. Nice loophole hustle! Zero out of 10. What a joke. Thanks for taking my money! Great business you have there! Anyone who reads this - don't use this company at all costs!

What a joke, if you are not a middle aged man wearing camouflage don’t bother this is not the place for you!!! I was treated like a criminal the moment I stepped in. The website says they take collectibles and sports memorabilia and that’s a lie…..they didn’t look at my jewelry or DVDs either. (Pass) The items they did buy were bs priced, lucky for them I’m just clearing out my extra tools. You are better off listing it on marketplace and waiting for the right buyer…. Will not be back.
