This is one of the best stays I have had somewhere as my husband and I have been traveling. They have a really nice welcome staff at the desk and the breakfast options were really good. The only thing I would have a tiny critique about is no cold water to drink with the breakfast bar. Loved the complimentary one upon check in, but I would have liked a pitcher or a dispenser in the breakfast line with cold water to sip on with my juice or food. But I loved this hotel and will definitely be back.

Are you needing a place close to Nashville with the country feel? Come here! Unbelievably clean & the service is amazing. The breakfast is hands down the best. Heated pool too! Definitely a winner! 🏆

We were greeted by the very friendly Cori upon arrival. We immediately felt comfortable and were happy with our clean connecting rooms.
The only issue we had was that there was only one chair in the room. We had a group of 5 so eating and/or trying to play a game was difficult.
However, the last night we were able to use the lobby area to have a meal with our grandchildren and Cori(again) was a wonderful host making us feel at home.
The changing breakfast menu was a pleasant surprise. The food always tasted fresh.
If there was a 4 and a half button for the room I would have used that.

This place was super clean, and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast bar was always plentiful and fresh food including the fruit. I would take my family here again. The second floor is dedicated to pets. One of the staff told me they clean these rooms even better than the others. Very nice!!

Typically I would give this facility 4 or more stars. However without merit or evidence, my family and I were falsely accused of stealing hotel items from our room. Other individuals might have the audacity to steal hotel towels or blankets. However, I assure you, my family members or I did NOT!! We will not be staying at this facility now or in the future! This is definitely not way to manage a hotel nor provide quality customer service!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

#1 issue, I turned back my linens on the bed and there were blood stains on the sheets, this means they must not be changing sheets between customers. Other than that, the "premium" rooms are all on the highway side of the hotel and there is road noise all night. No evidence of any noise proofing in this hotel = loud all night. #3. I had to spend an hr on the phone with IT support in order to get the wireless to work. I spent 2 night and there was no room cleaning offered. We are way past covid now and it is time hotel went back to cleaning rooms. With the prices charge, that can at least bring clean towels.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was great and also had a good selection of gluten free options.
