I'm a brand new business, just me as owner, no employees, and needed 100 business cards and some flyers done to get my name out there. I emailed the lady I was introduced to my business card that I wanted done, waited a week and a half then called. She said they are shorthanded and give em another week. Called again and I never heard another word after that. So I never got a phone call back. I've worked at a few places who did business with copy country and never experienced this result. My neighbor got my money and does a great job for everything I need from vehicle magnets to stickers, and business cards to yard signs! Im sad to say I won't call again.

In town for a conference and forgot our company flyers/handouts. Called them at 8 am and gave them the details, emailed them the .pdf and they had 100 copies done in 15 minutes! Very friendly and courteous on the phone! Great company that helped us out in a pinch! Would definitely recommend! 🙂 And the prints were absolutely PERFECT! 🙂

Called for a large priority package to be scanned, bate stamped and put on a disk. Renny assisted and assured me he would get it taken care of as timely as possible knowing it was a priority on our end. He completed the large project very timely and even made a call in the morning to update us on when it would be finished. This business is very professional, well managed and have a great team as well! We will be back 🙂

Terrible customer service if you want prints made dont go to them. Our job was too small for them, they had bigger jobs to worry about were there exact words. Made the wrong prints numerous times what we asked for was not done. We wanted giclee they put on glossy paper. They were just not very compitent.
