This has been my first experience with DTF printing, so after starting my small business I was nervous about which machine to use. I originally purchased the Prestige A4 printer to test out how it would be but then decided to upgrade to the R2 printer. Best decision! And dealing with Taylor and the Team has been seamless and easy. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what equipment will best suit me for my business needs. They ship out supplies effectively and package each item carefully, so I’ve never had an issue with damaged items. Thank you so much!

If I could leave a million stars I would. I have a prestige dtf printer and I have to use color prime ink or my warranty gets voided. I did a lot of trouble shooting yesterday and did not realize how much ink i blew through until my ink alarm went off. Anyone in the DTF world knows going without white ink is a huge no no. My normal supplier wouldn’t get my shipment until Saturday. Had no idea Lawson existed until I went on a google spree trying to find ink in a driving radius. So i drove 2 hours to be there at opening for a store pick up. The woman at the front desk was so kind and they very quickly brought my inks up to me. Thank you Lawson for the last minute save!! I will definitely be back 😊

Bought a mini trooper in 2006. Best money I ever spent.
Still print hundreds of shirts a week. Still works perfect.
Never had problems. If I did needed help I would call and the tech would get us fixed in no time.

The DTF oven cures the powder really well. It is a heavy duty oven and well built. If you are trying to choose between this one, and a Chinese ovens that everyone else sells, do yourself a favor and go with Lawson. I have friends that own the Chinese ones, it is not the best outcome in the long run.

These guys are very knowledgeable about what they do. They have helped me tremendously with my old machine and have had many requests for information. I paid for a service package and it has paid off a lot. Specifically David Landsman has been extremely helpful to me. I definitely recommend Lawson to anyone in the screen printing industry.

Bought equipment. Struggling to get the roll adaptor to work. Called to discuss, was told to submit a help ticket which I did. Missed single call from Andy (Brian the salesman had no idea what the problem was). Called Andy back over a week ago. Have emailed multiple times with no response.
