I have called numerous times due to my internet/tv buffering all the time. And after being on the phone with them for 20 minutes at a time while they reboot and run all kinds of tests, I'm told "yes we see errors" and then "your issue is resolved" when it clearly is NOT! All I want to do is watch TV for more than 5 or 10 minutes at a time while my TV is buffering in between!!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I can't say enough about how helpful the RallsTech staff have been. I've talked with Tony on their 877 line a couple times and she actually remembered me from calls that were months apart. She has been absolutely helpful and courteous. I will say calling the local office is rather frustrating. Most of the time, the way their system is set up, it won't allow you to remain on hold and keeps kicking you to voicemail. Yes, you can ask for a call back, but, normally when you call that is when you've made time to deal with the issue you're calling about. And, when they do call back it's most of time after your break and you can't talk. Other than that I would highly recommend their services. They will be increasing the speed of their base fiber internet service in March and only increasing the charge by $5, which is still a very good deal.

Had an issue getting new tablet to connect with wifi. Called for help and Steve talked me through. I had some connections crossed and he was able help me figure it out. Very patient, very nice and professional service. Thank you Steve!

Shotty service. Horrible customer service. They have a monopoly. They changed billing and charged me $5 late fee. I have never been late in 10 years. Almost all of my mail goes to my office. They won't even have the converstion about the late fee. Worst company ever. Can't even get a call back to talk to someone.

So far I have had pretty good services from Ralls Tech. Rachel is very friendly and knows what she is talking about. If I call and they give you the option to hold or to leave a message, I always leave a message and she gets right back to me. It's alot sometimes when I believe there is only one or two people in there most of the time. I think y'all are doing the best you can with what you have! Keep up the good work, and I'm so excited for my internet to be installed! Have a great day, and all these other people just like to bi**h, so don't worry about it, y'all are doing fine!!😉👍

First off we have internet that works extremely well! The team who helped set up our account and the home install were both very helpful. If your in Ralls County this is the only place I would call!

I'm happy with your services except when it comes to playing Chicago teams over Kansas City teams. We are 100 miles closer to the Chiefs than the Bears. Take a survey and make your customers happy on which games YOU choose to carry.

I like stations I can get. But, no tech service except M-F!! Wanted to add NFL Sports Zone for my grandson, but no tech service! Everytime I call.the office I gave to.ho through a long, long, conversation with Rachel, before she will send tech to my house! Even if the 800 number had told me they set it up, she still calls and gives me the third degree. I want service now, when I pay for it and it is not working! If I want to add a channel, I want to add it day, night, weekend! And our primary TV has not had ABC for months, even though the other two.do, and we have reset all 3 numerous times! My internet service is slow. slow. And I pay for the fastest. But Rachel says not. All my family or visitors says it is so.slow and they have the fastest from Ralls Tech also! And my electricity flips off all the time. It aggravates the CD rap out of me. I am an RCEC member and want to support them. I'm sure the modem.is outdated, snd the primary box needs replaced, but it is such a psin to call in for service because the office personnel.has Mun e troubleshooting, over and over, and says she can see all going on, yet never sees my problems that I have been putting up.with for.months! Exhausting. Ideas on best, reasonable service appreciated.
