This place charged me 2 service calls, 2.5 hours of labor, and made me pay for a part that didn't fix my furnace at all and then couldn't provide a quote to replace it when temps were in the single digits. Called another place and they had me a quote in 5 minutes and a new unit the next day. I've literally never had worse customer service

I thought I could trust this company I really tried. They came out and did a temporary fix we needed a new part. That's fine I understand. So I call a few days later to say order the part we need because the heat is out and it's an emergency with single digit temperatures coming. They said they will call me right back. No call back so I call back next day and they say part will take two weeks to get in. Remember this is a emergency with no heat and freezing temperatures coming. They say they will have to call me back again and no call back. it's been two months. That's awful customer service when people are really looking for help in a emergency. If you are not interested in the job or work just say so.. Lucky another company had everything fixed in a day and a half and the part ordered in a day so we had heat before freezing temperatures hit.

Had a freeze proof faucet leak on the side of my house. My niece is visiting in her rv. Needed the faucet fixed quickly. Jones was fast and efficient. Thanks for getting it fixed fast.

My furnace stopped working called Jones plumbing and heating they were really nice and honest and got the job done pretty fast I do recommend this company for any of your needs thank you guys
