This is the second time in just over a year that Brandon had to come to my house to do work. The first time, my home warranty sent out a company for my water heater. I knew it was the heating element in the water heater, but the guy didn't have the right tool to check it. He said it wasn't that. He tried saying i needed new pipes throughout the house which warranty obviously wouldn't cover. I called for a second opinion and they sent out Brandon. He checked my water heater and diagnosed it within 10 minutes and got it ordered and installed when it came in. Very knowledgeable. This time around, my pipes were clogged. Home warranty called out the same guy that came to my house the first time. He again couldn't fix the problem so home warranty wouldn't cover what they wanted or "needed" to do. I called again for a second opinion and Brandon again got scheduled for the job. He had my pipes cleared within a half hour. I don't know why the home warranty doesn't just automatically go with him. This is the second time he's come and I was happy with the results and impressed with him. So far it sounds like everything is definitely draining now. Thank you! If it didn't get cleared like he said, you'll definitely hear back from me, but I'm pretty sure everything is good now thank goodness!

My residential warranty has assigned this unpleasant, unprofessional substandard clown show to inspect my two toilets. They have scheduled an appointment with me without any confirmation that would align with my schedule. Their phone mail box is overloaded, resulting in no calls being routed through. I am unsure of how they manage to remain in business. I truly want to use Absolute Pumping; true professionals.

We contacted our home warranty for clogged kitchen sinks and were connected with this extremely unprofessional company. He told us he would be at our house on Monday 8/5 between 12 and 6. No call No show then he rescheduled for Tuesday between 12 and 3, no call / no show, Wednesday same thing. This morning he called at 7:30am and said he was on his way. It is now 10:44 am and he is still not there. Of course he is not answering his phone or texts. Nothing. My elderly parents live in the home and they are disabled. We can't use the kitchen sinks (we have 2) as my parent's live in a mother in law suite) and this has caused a pretty serious disruption in the house this week. Really? You can't at least have the courtesy to send a text or pick up the phone when you need to reschedule? If you can't do the job don't accept the assignment. ADDENDUM!!! Interesting you say you were at my house and no one would answer the door? You told me on the phone you banged on the door for 10 minutes and no one answered. I have 3 large dogs and 2 teenagers in the house and NOONE heard you knock My dogs bark at leaves moving in the neighbors yard, but didn't hear you knock, and you didn't think to call us to tell us your at the door you just drove off and didn't call HMMMMMM!!!!!

Brandon was sent to me by my home warranty after a very bad experience with another local business they paired me with. Night and day difference! Brandon came out the very next day on time and was friendly and professional. Would definitely hire him for jobs outside my warranty as well. Thank you!

Two of three toilets weren’t working in our home. We contacted our home insurance and they assigned Brandon with Show Me Services. Brandon called and spoke with my husband who explained we needed a morning work time due to evening obligations three evenings straight. Two days later I received a text and email stating an appointment was set for the next evening. I called Brandon, but no answer. I left a voicemail as well as texted stating I needed a morning time. This cycle was repeated for the next three days. Week 2 we received an appointment notification for Monday. Monday at 3pm I received a text from Brandon that he lost his keys in a that morning customer’s crawl space but he’d be in touch. I called at 4:30pm Monday, but no answer and no show. On Tuesday I received a text again from Brandon a little before 10am apologizing for yesterday and that he had his vehicle towed, first locksmith didn’t work, but he’d be in touch. Wednesday we heard nothing from Brandon by 4pm so we contacted our home insurance and requested a new plumber. I don’t know how this guy is even in business. Really poor communication and never answered his phone!

Our furnace needed to be replace and we had a home warranty. The home warranty company was very difficult to work with. They were courteous when I called them but they never followed-up with their promises. After weeks of calling they finally responded and the work got done. Show-Me-Services did the work and they were great. Heather helped me deal with the home warranty company. She was very patient and helpful. Show-Me-Services did the install very quickly after the work was finally approved. Highly recommend Heather and Show-Me-Services.
