I just wanto give Jennifer 5 stars and if I could give her more I would. She really cared enough to work on my case for some time. I really appreciate that because it shows that she took her job very seriously an all i could say was thank you Jesus praise God. I had to do an interview to keep my food stamps. However Everytime I call there's always an issue with processing my phone call. I can't go down there cause I don't have a car so calling is my only means of contact. Could someone please answer cause I need my food stamps.

Family Support Division in Lexington has been doing a good job for me. The lady up front is always nice and seems to handle any issue that I have to the best of her ability. Everything seems to be done off-site anymore so her ability is limited but she does the best that she can to get any issue taken care of.

We did not meet their criteria and we were unable to use their services. This place is more for children services and child support and abuse.
