After many phone calls without a response, I came to screen at this place. I had to wait for 4 hours to be screened. Just before we started procedures, they said "You're not eligible for this study, you have to go, and we'll pay only half, because of our mistake, you didn't complete the whole screening process.

Maybe next time we'll give you a Lyft or Uber service as compensation for this mistake...

After that, I asked to talk to a manager or a doctor, and they kept me waiting downstairs, avoiding talking to me and asking someone to take my number to call me back.

I insisted, and finally, someone came downstairs to talk to me. Just to repeat all that I already heard before.

The awful experience here today.

After a week, they still don't pay my screening.

okay I checked in the first time the facility looked clean and well maintained the orientation days were exciting and long. the very first week of the drug treatment period was very challenging for me physically. I had a rough adjustment phase the first overnight stay; I had to overcome some digestion discomfort with one of the meals. when I discovered we had only a limited amount of time to eat our food. I needed to change my habits immediately from eating slowly to quickly. the beds was extremely difficult to lay on due to my height and length I found it impossible to sleep well in the first unit I was assigned to. when the dosing began, I was moved to a new unit for dosing the meals were rough on my stomach and overly spicy some lacking flavor, the first 2 weeks. the sleeping never improved in my new bed I just tolerated it better along the side effects of urinating every few seconds. well, that is the negative about my experience the positive outweighs that most of the treatment staff was very kind and friendly towards the subjects. the last week I was a pro I could handle the daily tasks with ease adapting to the life of the clinic. the meals were better that final week of residence.

I had a good experience. Met great people as well…. The morning staff is fantastic but the evening staff I noticed was mostly rude, unknown if that’s because the boss is away but we never did anything to provoke but to ask for restrooms- overall I did enjoy myself there with the movies and fun activities. I’d love to come back without a doubt.

If I can give zero stars i would.. from screening process to payment process is ranked below zero. They over book appointments so if you come a 7am you won’t leave until for 5 hours because the workers just sit around and be lazy. They take breaks every 20 minutes after doing no work. AND THEYRE VERY VERY RUDE! Then when it comes to payments just don’t wait on it because you would have to called them everyday to make sure they add the money and even after moving over to clincards they still lag. At this point i don’t know how sponsors even deal with this clinic

I qualified for a clinical trial here and joined 15 other women to do it. The facility was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, the doctor overseeing the study was kind and the food was great! It was an all-around good experience and I recommend this facility.

This research institute its the best! I had such a great experience i was in for 5 night 6 days stay for a single dose they paid me like almost 8k & the Manager of my study Alexis was to die for! I hope to see her again Loml! 💰💯😊

First time stay at Altasciences, and it did not disappoint! Knowing you're helping the scientific community is great, but having fun with new friends while getting paid to participate in a study is even better! I'm definitely looking forward to future opportunities to participate in other studies. The staff is wonderful and always makes sure you know what you're doing, where to go, and that you feel comfortable away from the norms of home.

Such a fantastic facility! They offer a wide array of activities, games, and book selections to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The staffs not only efficient but also incredibly friendly. I want to give a shout-out to some standout members - Francis, Kathrine, Gio, Andrea, and all the others who made my time here less intimidating and scary, both my stay and study. I highly recommend this place.
