Jessica and Kayla have always been absolutely amazing to work with but everyone that I have worked with at APlus has been so helpful and attentive. I contacted Shannon and went through their intake process. She stopped responding to me. I had to email and text again and again. Nothing. Crickets. I am sticking with our current provider. I thank my lucky stars we did not move forward with them.

You should very seriously consider a company that drops the ball during the SALES process. I can only imagine how horrific they may be if I really need them.

I am so glad to not be working with them — beware this company.

1. I have a factory in Missouri.
2. I am working in good standing with a payroll company much larger than yours.
3. She did stop responding. I sent 7 texts and 3 emails. I can show them to you. Totally ignored. What a way to treat someone.

You guys may be great, but judging by your sales process I dodged a bullet.

THE BEST!! Chris Rozier and the team at Aplus Payroll are amazing!! Chris goes above and beyond to ensure that you are all set for all your payroll needs! He is so helpful and relatable! He's professional and has the best customer service! He answered all our questions and put away any worries we had and never made us feel silly. He truly wants to help and make sure you are set up for success! Give him a raise! We needed a new payroll system and Aplus was recommended to us by another client. They made everything a BREEZE! They are kind, personal and answer any questions you have without you feeling silly. I never have to worry about payroll and all the things that go along with it because they handle it all efficiently and effectively. No troubles at all! Shoutout to Logan and Shaniah as well! They are so nice and they both helped us get set up and answered a ton of questions for us without complaints! I can't say enough good things about the people and the company! I was an employee of a business that used this service. I was never able access my pay stub even after getting the business owner involved. Over 3 years of no payroll receipts! I even contacted APlus Payroll and they would not help me to get any information, I'm just an employee. Thank goodness they are not a part of my life anymore.

The password reset never worked.
