They don't offer what they advertise, don't waste your money. I've used online leads in the past and Housejet tries to make you feel like they are different than any other company when in fact they're not. Majority of the leads are not accurate information, phone numbers don't work and they aren't "filtered" through before the information gets to the agent. The sales person also doesn't tell you that there is a $87 a month fee if you want them to promote you but you never really know how that's done.

In the end there are better companies to obtain online leads through at a better price

So far, I am very impressed. It seems to be a full-on active true lead gen and should boost my business. I got signed up four days ago and had a full four days. I explained that I could not get university done for about a week. They have followed up with me multiple times, which has impressed me. It truly makes me feel like they want me to succeed. Other lead companies would have just waited on me to do the things and not cared how it was going. I have had a couple of calls from support to ensure everything is okay. Thoroughly Impressed.

I literally just started with HouseJet, but truly so impressed with their on-boarding. I have bought into other lead gen companies, but this one from the start won’t even allow you to get leads until you go through the learning portion they call the fast start. So smart. Other platforms just send you leads from the start and leave it to you to learn on your own. Mike is brilliant, setting you up for success before you even start. Which honestly is beneficial for his company as well as your business being equally successful.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent decision about my refund request for the 12-month program.
When I joined this program, I was assured that I would receive quality leads in exchange for my efforts, including creating videos. Unfortunately, throughout my participation, I did not come across a single valid or vetted lead. Instead, the leads provided were consistently distressed, which made me question the quality and intention behind them. This experience has left me feeling that the leads were pre-planned and not aligned with what was initially promised.
Furthermore, as per our agreement, I was under the impression that if I did not achieve any lead conversions or closings during the 12-month period, I would be eligible for a full refund. Despite having no successful conversions, my refund request has now been denied. This is deeply frustrating and feels contrary to the terms I agreed upon when joining the program.
At this point, I see no value in continuing with this program, even if it were offered for free. I trusted the process based on your assurances, but the outcomes have not met expectations. While I leave the final decision to you, please understand that I have a voice and the means to share my experience publicly to ensure others are aware of the challenges I faced with this program. so they can do the due diligence before to falling to this trap

This is a scam! I signed up under Debbi Moseley Prince, just so they can find me in their system. While leads did come in pretty regularly in the beginning, they were not good leads. Many had bad phone numbers entered and when I did finally speak with someone, they were looking to rent to own or for foreclosures. I reached out several times in regards to their marketing and got no where. They promise a 100% refund if not satisfied and they make it impossible to get by adding additional training modules that you have to complete. On top of it, the training is for tools in the program that don't work as promised. They are just out to steal your money.

Update to respond to their answer. Out of 12 months, it took almost 4 months for me to get through the training due to working my business. Then at the end of September, we had a hurricane hit us, leads were minimal by then and I was not open to working cold leads due to the devastation in our market. Towns in our area are gone! Only 2 leads came in after the Hurricane and then it shut off.

I dropped thousands of dollars into the program with promises of leads. I did get about 10-12 leads per month. I followed up with the leads immediately with the HouseJet scripts and followed their system exactly as instructed. Every single lead I spoke to was very old and had clicked the button on the mistake or was just browsing. Again, I followed all the scripts as recommended and not one valid lead came about throughout the year. It was a waste of time and money. I would highly recommend not partnering with HouseJet. I have nothing against the company. They seemed to have a decent support system when I used it but the leads were awful. I am very familiar with Internet leads and get the majority of my business through them, however House Jet had serious issues delivering a single lead that was valid.
