I am an old guy that grew up on a farm with no electricity, no running water, and a phone that hung on the wall. You had to crank a handle to make a call.
To come from that to all the technology of today is very challenging for us old folks.
In my retirement I write stories for online and print magazines, newspapers and blogs so I have to have a reliable computer to do that. I now also have my own blog that I pay a 14-year old girl to help me with or it would not happen.
I do not like going to big box stores so I was very happy to find Computer Innovations several years ago and have been very pleased just like all the other 5 star reviews I have read.
Recently, my old laptop crashed and I had several deadlines for stories I had to get in that day.
I took it in at 9 am yesterday and Chad and John had me fixed up and working by 3 pm.
Like others have said, I will not go anywhere else. Trust me, they are the best and they are good people!

I had a very good experience with John McLaughlin at the Springfield, Mo store. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was very helpful in getting my computer cleaned and ready for use. I greatly appreciated his kindness and courtesy thru my entire experience.

I have been buying computers and printers from Computer Innovations for a number of years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have used Computer Innovations for many years. First with the Original owner and Now Chad who is the owner. I like the knowledge of the staff and they are quick in finding out your problem. I have never had any issues here and I have no intentions of going elsewhere. John does a great job working along side of Chad and is always eager to help his fellow workers . I love the service and I have no intensions of ever going else where. All I can say is thanks guys & girls, And thank you for the past years. The store is a ghost town every time I'm there, but they show no sense of urgency about anything. Was told I'd have an estimate by the end of the second business day. Had to call in on the afternoon of the 4th business day, and the tech still had to call to get a price on a part. On the 5th day they had an estimate which was so high I took it as attempted robbery. After cussing them out, I paid the $50 diagnostic for them to do nothing but waste my time for a week. Money well spent to never see these worthless jerks ever again. (why didn't they get a 1 star - owner of the shop was polite when I picked up the laptop)

Chad Albert, the owner, is great to work with. I came in with the “deer in the headlights look”, and he jumped in right away to help me out. With minutes I was back in working order. Would definitely recommend Computer Innovations!
