The implementation specialist we had (Chris S.) addressed all my concerns and helped make a very arduous task go smoothly. I have had to contact service a few times and the response (from Nathan) has been excellent and timely. The customer portal feature was the main reason we switched to this program and have been very pleased with the feedback from our clients who have found it to be very user friendly. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is if I have to call customer service, I get transferred to ServeSuite instead of Field Routes directly. Not reaching the right department and waiting takes up too much time during a busy weekday. Overall the program is wonderful.

Nathan was great. I still have issues with Field Routes and how they do reporting. Not pleased with it, and Not Nathans fault.

Nathan was excellent and helped me navigate the steps and process and we were able to put together a couple of reports that were helpful, so not all bad. But some of these reports are basic business stuff and should be pre-built. But Nathan was awesome!
