Updated on 6.17.24. My TV was delivered about a week late. The box was visible damaged from the outside... I opened the box to check the condition of the TV and the screen was damaged and spiderwebbed. I have requested a return from Amazon. I really hope that NSD never delivers anything for me again. It's the worst serive I have ever received. I couldn't recommend them any less...

If I could rate 0 starts I would. First time having them deliver a package from amazon to me and its been a complete nightmare. Hopefully amazon doesn't use them as a carrier in the future(or gives me an option to pick another). My package was ordered 9 days ago and has sat in my states hub for the past 48 hours with no update or communication. I was told by customer service I just need to keep waiting. The customer service rep tried contacting the local and hub and got a voicemail... This delivery requires me to be home so being told I just need to wait is very frustrating.

Today is the 4th straight scheduled 4-hour window this company has missed. After repeatedly confirming delivery times for a Month now, we still don't have our item. Constant lying. They called me saying they would be here in 15-20 minutes... that was hours ago.

Very poor customer service. Delivery drivers literally lie about coming to the house and knocking on the door (cameras show him just sitting in the truck for 3 minutes and driving off).
