I have found them to be very responsive. I rented from them when I was at my Commanders Career Course and they were very understanding when I had to move after the course was complete. Even though I wasn't there the entire year.

Almost rented a house from these folks. Was the worst "application process" I've ever been involved with. The office manager is very unprofessional, and short on the phone. Certainly was not motivated and willing to assist in any of the fundamental tasks that are required to complete the process. Use someone else

Worse apartment I've ever rented.

- Paper-thin walls- you can hear your neighbors
- Cockroaches- Kept coming back even after laying down traps and pesticides.
- Water in shower routinely goes cold

Go somewhere else. Trust me.
