I took my computer to The Mouse Pad because it was running very slow. Jamie took care of that problem by installing a solid state drive and increased my memory. I Play online games and when he got done with the upgrades the lag was gone and my system runs 100 times faster. I would most definitive;y recommend his shop for your computer needs.

I was sold the worst computer that caused me years of constant freezing. I noticed it during the first week after my purchase from The Mouse Pad. I also noticed the DVD player/burner did not work even though I had been very specific that I needed a working DVD player and burner and was assured by the owner that it did work. When I asked for my money back the owner tricked me and instead of bringing my money back and picking up the defective computer as he said he would, he snuck over and left an addition cheap keyboard on my porch. He never returned my money. After having to buy an auxiliary DVD burner and investing years of Microsoft, HP and Nvidea technical help, I finally ordered a new computer direct from the manufacture this week. What a waste of time and money The Mouse Pad was!

I have taken my computers to this place for YEARS and will continue to do so. I have bought computers and had repairs done when i need them or wipes and reloads and this is the ONLY place that will work on my computers. Nice and very helpful, will always be a repeat customer. Great place...Jamie is the owner and he gave me great information and saved me 200.00 dollars when he could have charge me but instead told me its not worth it as my computer was to old. Thats what we need more places like that, were we can know we arnt being taken advantage of for a quick dollar. Thanks Mouse pad !!
