Casework Innovations did my commercial office space cabinetry in 2009 and again in 2019. I just recently had them add additional cabinet this past August as we expanded our office space. My office manager said Bill was easy to work with and helped her develop a layout plan and match up the finishes to the current specs. The install team was great as well and was able to do the install quickly and around our busy medical office schedule. Our cabinets are beautiful!

The cabinets that my architect had designed for my place were very shoddy in craftsmanship and the drawers are missing key elements to make sure the drawers close correctly. My contractor has continually tried to contact this sham organization and this cabinet company has never responded. I wanted to use Form Kitchen for my kitchen project, but my architect advised that I should use a local cabinet company. I am regretting that decision since I have received these cabinets from Crafted Cabinetry and Millwork in Kansas City. I paid a lot of valuable money for my cabinets and expected the cabinets to be what was spec’d by my architect, but have found the craftsmanship has been less than spec’d and Crafted Cabinetry and Millwork don’t stand behind their shoddy work, and return calls to my contractor to make sure the work gets corrected. Save yourself and sanity by looking to other craftsmen to build your kitchen cabinets.
