I couldn’t ask for more kindness, patience and knowledge from Kaitie and Bonnie. When I started taking care of our hot tub I had no knowledge about it. They explained the chemicals easily and if I called with questions they took the time to talk me through it, and I know how busy they can be with customers in the store while answering calls. If there were more stars to give I would absolutely give all of them. I would very highly recommend them. Fantastic job

Fantasy did an absolutely amazing job setting up our above ground pool. Kaitie, was so knowledgeable and professional and walked us through everything. The guys who installed were very quick, professional, and clean! I could not be happier with the service I received from this company. So friendly and helpful. Plus super fast, and with quality work too! I would absolutely recommend Fantasy Pools to anyone in the area thinking of getting a pool or needing pool help. I can’t say enough about Bonnie and the staff at fantasy pools. I went to another pool place because my pool water was green and they kept selling me chemicals after chemicals after chemicals and nothing was making it better. I walked in to fantasy pools on Tuesday and Bonnie immediately knew what the problem was when she saw the chemical reports and told me my alkalinity was zero and my pH was too low. Give me the chemicals I needed within 48 hours by pool is clear. These are the photos. The first one being with my water looks like after the other pool place sold me $300 worth of chemicals. Bonnie diagnosed it was something called PH Green the second picture is 24 hours later and the third picture is 48 hours later.

I purchased my evolution pool from another store and if I could go back I would have left that store and came straight to Fantasy Pools. They are soooo nice and soooo helpful and you never feel stupid walking out. They were able to help me get my pool water going in the beginning and have been so helpful all summer. I went back for closing information and they were so patient and explained everything to do and all that we would need. They are the best!

Requested a bid/proposal. They said it would cost me $250 and I would receive bid with the information on the price. When they came out to measure I asked when I would get a copy of the results. The lady who measured it said, "No! You will not receive my results." I was taken back saying, why not I paid $250 for it. She continued with her disrespectful attitude, saying the form says it's the property of Fantsy Pools and I'm paying for her to measure. I said, "you mean the form you aren't going to give me?" She said she would email me later with the bid. $250 for
maybe 1/2 hour of measuring. After she left, she left behind her tape measure and other equipment. They asked me to put it in the front porch. I responded that I'm not home and cannot accommodate their request that day. So they trespassed on my property to get their items when I wasn't home. Never gave permission to come back. I am still waiting on the bid/proposal for the price.

I’m an REO/foreclosure agent and I needed a pool at a listing closed, and fast. They were very busy but were able to run over to the property and shut the pool down before fall. Thanks so much!
